China Yuchai International Limited Appoints Ms. Jiang Fei as New Director

Ms. Jiang brings over 23 years of experience from Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Company Limited, where she has held various leadership roles, including Chairman Assistant and Director of the Executive Office. She holds an MBA from Sun Yat-sen University and a Bachelor of Management from Zhongyuan University of Technology. The Board of Directors, now comprising nine members including three independent directors, welcomes Ms. Jiang, anticipating her contributions to the company's future success. China Yuchai, a leading powertrain solution provider in China, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and selling a wide range of engines for various applications. In 2024, the company sold 356,586 engines, reinforcing its market position.
