Crane NXT, Co. Announces Board of Directors Changes

Crane NXT, Co. has appointed Jeffrey Benck to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, with his term expiring at the next Annual Meeting. Mr. Benck, who has over 35 years of experience in technology companies, will be compensated according to the Company's non-employee director compensation program. Concurrently, James L.L. Tullis notified the Board that he will not stand for reelection at the 2026 Annual Meeting and will cease to serve as a director at the conclusion of that meeting.
