Amendment to Development Agreement with Canon Inc.

CapsoVision, Inc. has amended its development agreement with Canon Inc. to increase the total fee by $1 million due to enhanced specifications for CMOS image sensors. This brings the total development fee to approximately $5.1 million, with the remaining balance to be paid over time as per the original agreement. The amendment does not alter the previously agreed-upon Additional Amount. CapsoVision will continue to purchase CMOS image sensors from Canon under a related master purchase agreement.
