Currenc Group Inc. Partners with Securitize for Share Tokenization

Currenc Group Inc. has partnered with Securitize, a co-transfer agent, to enable the tokenization of its ordinary shares. This initiative allows Currenc shareholders to tokenize their shares on the Securitize platform, making them tradable on-chain across the Ethereum and Solana networks. Holders of tokenized shares retain the same ownership and voting rights as those with non-tokenized shares, and they are entitled to equal rights in corporate actions such as stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs.
