CuriosityStream Inc. 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

CuriosityStream Inc. held its 2026 annual meeting of stockholders on May 20, 2026. The stockholders elected three Class III directors, ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal year 2026, approved an advisory vote on executive compensation, and approved an advisory vote frequency of one year for future executive compensation votes. However, the amendment to the 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares authorized for issuance was not approved. A quorum was established with 74.82% of the outstanding shares present either in person or by proxy.
