Contango Silver & Gold Inc. Commences 2026 Drilling Program

Contango Silver & Gold Inc. announced the commencement of its 2026 drilling program at the Kitsault Valley project. The program will involve approximately 40,000 meters of drilling, focusing on infill and resource expansion at the Dolly Varden, Wolf, and Homestake Ridge deposits. Exploration drilling will target areas within the Kitsault Valley and other parts of the company's land package in British Columbia. The drilling is intended to support an updated resource estimate and a preliminary economic study, with an Initial Assessment expected in H1 2027. The company also plans to conduct environmental baseline studies, permitting, infrastructure upgrades, and metallurgical and hydrological studies. A significant discovery of Torbrit-style mineralization at the Wolf deposit during the 2025 season has opened a kilometer-scale area for further testing.
