Cisco Systems, Inc. Officer Changes

On April 27, 2026, M. Victoria Wong announced her retirement as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Cisco, effective May 19, 2026. She will continue as an Executive Advisor until July 25, 2026. The Board of Directors appointed Nichlas A. Fink as her successor, effective May 20, 2026. Mr. Fink, currently Vice President and Corporate Controller, has been with Cisco since 2016 and previously held various finance roles. He also has prior experience at Pyxus International, Inc., Nortel Networks, and Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Fink is expected to enter into a standard Indemnity Agreement with Cisco and will receive an award of restricted stock units valued at $500,000 upon his appointment.
