Cosan S.A. Informs About Secondary Public Offering of Compass Gás e Energia S.A. Shares

Cosan S.A. has announced a secondary public offering of common shares in its subsidiary, Compass Gás e Energia S.A. The offering will take place in Brazil and Cosan may sell up to approximately 15% of Compass's share capital.
