CoreWeave and Meta Announce Expanded AI Infrastructure Agreement
CoreWeave, Inc. has entered into a new order form with Meta Platforms, Inc. under their existing Master Services Agreement. This agreement, effective March 31, 2026, commits Meta to approximately $21 billion for cloud computing capacity through December 2032. This includes access to new computing capacity and the exercise of an existing option for additional capacity. The agreement allows for termination by either party for cause and includes customary provisions for representations, warranties, indemnification, and limitations on liabilities. This expanded deal signifies Meta's continued reliance on CoreWeave's AI cloud platform to support its AI development and deployment, highlighting the increasing demand for large-scale AI compute infrastructure.
