Central Plains Bancshares, Inc. Executive Agreement Extensions

On September 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, a subsidiary of Central Plains Bancshares, Inc., extended the employment agreement for Dannel R. Garness, President and CEO, and the change in control agreements for Bradley M. Kool, EVP and CFO, and Kurt A. Haecker, EVP and Chief Lending Officer. These agreements will now expire on October 24, 2029. No other terms of these agreements were altered.
