Cohen & Steers Reports Results for Second Quarter 2026
Cohen & Steers, Inc. reported its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company announced diluted EPS of $0.95 ($0.85 as adjusted) and Assets Under Management (AUM) reached $100.1 billion. Net inflows were $1.3 billion, marking the strongest quarter since Q4 2021. Active ETFs surpassed $1 billion in AUM. The company also reported progress on strategic initiatives, including the conversion of a mutual fund to an active ETF and advancements in its European listed fund platform, which now exceeds $2 billion in AUM. A rights offering for the Cohen & Steers Quality Income Realty Fund (RQI) successfully raised approximately $220 million. The Cohen & Steers Income Opportunities REIT acquired three properties, bringing its portfolio to 11 assets. Amit Muni was appointed Chief Financial Officer in May. Total revenue for the quarter was $152.7 million, with a GAAP net income of $49.3 million.
