Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc has reported encouraging results from its deep-level drilling program at the Blanket Mine. The drilling campaign, which focused on evaluating the continuity of the main orebodies (Blanket, Eroica, and Lima) at depth, has demonstrated that these orebodies extend below the current lowest levels of the mine (34 level, approximately 1,110 meters below surface). Key highlights include over 10,000 meters of drilling completed, with the Blanket and Eroica orebodies showing grades and widths consistent with or exceeding expectations. Notably, high-grade intersections were found in the newly identified Blanket 7 orebody, and the Lima orebody was confirmed down to the 34-level horizon.
