Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc Announces Change of Chairman

Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc announced that John Kelly will step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the upcoming annual general meeting on May 5, 2026. He has served as Chairman for the past three years and has been on the Board since May 2012. July Ndlovu, currently an independent non-executive director, has been proposed to succeed Mr. Kelly as Chairman, subject to election by the Board. Mr. Kelly intends to continue serving as a non-executive director if re-elected by shareholders, providing continuity and leveraging his experience. Both Mr. Kelly and Mr. Ndlovu expressed their commitment to Caledonia's future growth, particularly highlighting the potential of the Bilboes project. CEO Mark Learmonth also thanked Mr. Kelly for his leadership and expressed enthusiasm for working with Mr. Ndlovu.
