Colgate-Palmolive Company Officer Changes

Colgate-Palmolive Company announced that Jennifer M. Daniels, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since 2014, intends to retire in 2026. Consequently, the Board of Directors has elected Betsy Fishbone, currently Executive Vice President, Deputy Chief Legal Officer, as the new Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, effective June 1, 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, Ms. Daniels will assume the role of Vice Chair of the Company, also effective June 1, 2026.
