TIANCI INTERNATIONAL, INC. Enters MOU for Crypto Computing Project

Tianci International, Inc. announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BTC Digital Ltd. for a crypto computing project. The non-binding agreement outlines intentions to cooperate in deploying approximately 3 MW of electrical load within the next twelve months. BTC Digital will provide infrastructure and operational support, leveraging their experience in data center operations and equipment deployment. This collaboration builds upon a previous MOU from October 14, 2025, and expands Tianci International's involvement in digital infrastructure. The phased approach allows for flexibility based on equipment procurement and definitive agreements. The MOU is valid for twelve months and may be extended.
