Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. (the registrant) has filed a report on Form 6-K, dated December 22, 2025, to announce a change in its senior executive vice president. The change is due to the retirement of Mr. Wei-Kuo Hong, who held the position of Administration Senior Executive Vice President and concurrently served as President of the Telecommunication Training Institute.
