Chenghe Acquisition III Co. (the “Company”) reported a change in its Board of Directors. Ningrong Liu resigned from the Board of Directors effective May 18, 2026. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company. Concurrently, Zhong Li was appointed as an independent director, effective May 18, 2026, filling the vacancy left by Mr. Liu. Mr. Li will serve as a Class II director and has been appointed to the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Li brings over 20 years of experience in finance, regulation, entrepreneurship, and technology across Asia, the US, and Europe, with expertise in asset management, fund distribution, compliance, and regulatory affairs. He has prior experience with IOSCO, CSRC, BlackRock, and Noah Holdings, and co-founded a fintech company. Mr. Li will enter into a standard indemnification agreement for non-employee directors.
