Central Puerto S.A. Share Repurchase

Central Puerto S.A. has announced the repurchase of its own shares on September 8, 2026. The company acquired 200,000 common shares with a par value of ARS $1 each through the BYMA market. The average price per share was ARS 2,228.84, resulting in a total cash amount of ARS 445,769,094. These acquisitions did not exceed 25% of the average daily trading volume of the company's shares over the previous ninety business days. The repurchase was conducted in compliance with Argentinian Capital Markets Law No. 26,831 and the rules of the Comisión Nacional de Valores.
