Power of Attorney for Electronic Filings

This document details a Power of Attorney granted by Hang Tan to a group of individuals, including Frederick Kulevich, Debra Wasserman, Jody Andersen, Shannon Toolis, Stephanie Tso, and Jessica Robinson. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to prepare and execute necessary documents for electronic filings with the SEC, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, and to manage the undersigned's EDGAR Next account.
