Notification of Major Shareholding

Cadeler A/S has received a major shareholder notification from Folketrygdfondet. Following a private placement and the issuance of new shares, Folketrygdfondet's direct shareholding in Cadeler has been reduced. Their current holding consists of 18,462,464 shares, representing 4.78% of Cadeler's total share capital and voting rights. Folketrygdfondet manages the Government Pension Fund Norway (GPFN) on behalf of the Norwegian Ministry of Finance. Cadeler A/S is a global leader in offshore wind installation, operations, and maintenance services, owning and operating a large fleet of jack-up offshore wind installation vessels. The company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (CDLR) and the Oslo Stock Exchange (CADLR).
