Appointment of Carlos Peña as Chief Financial Officer

Catalyst Crew Technologies Corp. announced the appointment of Carlos Peña as Chief Financial Officer, effective March 31, 2026. Mr. Peña, 38, brings over ten years of experience in accounting, financial management, and audit support. He has served as an independent accountant and held financial positions at Aerovip, Morales, Morales y Asociados, GSI Food Inc., Ostos, Velazquez & Asociados, Netser Venezuela, Vivir Seguros, and Banesco Seguros. Mr. Peña holds a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Alejandro de Humboldt. There are no family relationships, understandings, or reportable related party transactions between Mr. Peña and the Company. Compensation details are to be determined at a later date.
