Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc Completes Share Buyback Programme

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc (CCEP) has announced the completion of its share buyback programme initiated on February 14, 2025. The programme aimed to repurchase up to EUR 1 billion of the company's ordinary shares. A total of 12,718,173 ordinary shares were repurchased, with an aggregate consideration of approximately EUR 999,998,769.23. This action effectively returned the maximum intended amount to shareholders. The repurchased shares will be cancelled. The transactions involved purchases on US trading venues and the acquisition of depository interests on London trading venues.
