Perspective Therapeutics Announces Clinical Trial Updates at 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting
Perspective Therapeutics, Inc. announced on May 21, 2026, that it will present interim results from its ongoing clinical trials at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. The presentations will include updates on three key programs: [212Pb]VMT-Ξ±-NET for neuroendocrine tumors, [212Pb]VMT01 for melanoma, and [212Pb]PSV359 for solid tumors. For [212Pb]VMT-Ξ±-NET, updated interim efficacy and safety data are consistent with previous findings, showing continued deepening of responses. The [212Pb]VMT01 study in melanoma has shown one new responder in the 3.0 mCi monotherapy cohort, bringing the total to two responders out of seven treated patients, with no dose-limiting toxicities or discontinuations due to adverse events. The [212Pb]PSV359 program has advanced to Cohort 3 in its Phase 1/2a study for FAP-expressing solid tumors, with initial safety findings in lower dose cohorts showing only Grade 1 and 2 adverse events and no dose-limiting toxicities. All three clinical programs have been generally well-tolerated.
