CAMP4 Therapeutics Corporation Form 8-K Filing

CAMP4 Therapeutics Corporation (the "Company") entered into a Lease Amendment with ARE-MA Region No. 59, LLC ("ARE 59") to amend their existing Cambridge Lease. The amendment accelerates the termination date of the Cambridge Lease to thirty days after the Commencement Date of a new Watertown Lease. Base rent for the Cambridge Premises will be abated from October 1, 2025, until the early termination date. Concurrently, the Company entered into a new Watertown Lease with ARE-MA Region No. 75, LLC for approximately 44,000 rentable square feet in Watertown, Massachusetts.
