Corporación América Airports S.A. (NYSE: CAAP) reported a 4.1% year-over-year decrease in total passenger traffic for June 2026, with 6.6 million passengers compared to 6.9 million in June 2025. The decline was driven by a 12.5% drop in domestic traffic, primarily due to lower volumes in Argentina, while international traffic increased by 2.8%. Argentina experienced a significant 13.0% overall passenger decline, with domestic traffic down 18.0% and international down 4.3%. The company noted a temporary negative effect from the FIFA World Cup, which dampened leisure and business travel. Positive performance was seen in Armenia (+16.0%), Italy (+4.0%), and Brazil (+3.9%). Cargo volume decreased by 9.1% and aircraft movements declined by 5.7% year-over-year.
