Third Amendment to Credit Agreement

Byline Bancorp, Inc. entered into the Third Amendment to its Second Amended and Restated Term Loan and Revolving Credit Agreement with CIBC Bank USA. The amendment, effective May 24, 2026, renews the revolving line-of-credit facility of up to $15,000,000 and extends its maturity date to May 23, 2027. This is the latest in a series of amendments to the credit agreement, which was originally dated May 26, 2023.
