BUUU Group Limited Subsidiary Brightray Signs Framework Agreement for Macao AI Data Center Project

BUUU Group Limited announced that its subsidiary, Brightray Science Inc., has entered into a Prefabricated Module Sales Framework Agreement with a Macao customer for a planned 40MW AI Data Center Project. The project, located in Coloane, Macao, will utilize Brightray's FPD fully prefabricated data center solution, designed for a five-storey structure with an expected delivery in the third quarter of 2027. This agreement is conditional upon Brightray Veridian securing a tenant and the customer signing a lease by September 30, 2027. The Framework Agreement does not create binding purchase or supply obligations, and pricing is provisional. Brightray's FPD solution emphasizes industrialized construction, aiming to reduce on-site work, minimize environmental impact, and achieve construction efficiency gains. The project is intended to support the development of artificial intelligence in Macao and serve as a demonstration for multi-storey data centers using industrialized construction methods. Brightray is a majority-owned subsidiary of BUUU Group Limited, focusing on AI infrastructure industrialization.
