BitGo Holdings, Inc. Appoints KPMG LLP as New Independent Auditor and Dismisses Crowe LLP

BitGo Holdings, Inc. has announced the dismissal of Crowe LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective March 31, 2026. This decision was made by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Crowe LLP’s audit reports for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2025, and December 31, 2024, were without any adverse opinions or disclaimers. There were no disagreements on accounting principles or financial disclosures between BitGo Holdings and Crowe LLP. However, there were reportable events concerning material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting, as previously disclosed in BitGo Holdings’ Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025. Concurrently, on March 31, 2026, the Audit Committee approved the engagement of KPMG LLP as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. BitGo Holdings has stated that there were no consultations with KPMG regarding any accounting or auditing issues that would be considered significant in their decision-making process.
