Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. - Notice to Shareholders Regarding Interest on Equity Distribution

Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. announced the approval of the distribution of Interest on Equity, with a gross amount of R$ 620,000,000.00, resulting in a net amount of R$ 527,000,000.00 after withholding tax. This distribution is ad referendum of the Ordinary General Meeting to be held in 2026. Shareholders registered by the end of January 2nd, 2026, will be entitled to this distribution, with shares trading ex-Interest on Equity starting January 5th, 2026. The payment will be made on February 05th, 2026, and will be considered within the mandatory dividends for 2025.
