Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. - Notice to Shareholders: Declaration and Payment of Interest on Equity

Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. announced on April 10, 2026, the approval by its Board of Directors for the distribution of Interest on Company's Equity in the gross amount of R$ 2,000,000,000.00.
