Banco Santander Brasil Announces CFO and Investor Relations Officer Succession Plan

Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. announced a leadership transition where current Executive Vice President and Investor Relations Officer Gustavo Alejo Viviani will step down at the end of April 2026. The company has nominated Carlos Muñiz González-Blanch as his successor for both CFO and Investor Relations Officer roles. Mr. González-Blanch brings over 25 years of financial sector experience, including 20 years within the Santander Group, currently serving as Global CFO of Santander Corporate & Investment Banking. The succession process was conducted jointly and transparently with Mr. Viviani's involvement to ensure an orderly transition. The company also announced organizational structure adjustments aligning with Santander Group's global model, where the CFO will also oversee the Accounting function. Mr. Viviani has served the company for 25 years in various senior leadership positions.
