Brightstar Lottery PLC Announces Repurchase of Ordinary Shares

Brightstar Lottery PLC announced the repurchase of 935,500 ordinary shares for an aggregate amount of $10,483,880.54 under its $500 million share repurchase program initiated on July 1, 2025. The repurchases occurred on May 22, May 29, and June 5, 2026, with individual share prices ranging from $10.75 to $11.59. The purchased shares are to be held in treasury.
