Barfresh Food Group Inc. Announces Board of Directors Changes

Isabelle Ortiz-Cochet will retire from the Board of Directors of Barfresh Food Group Inc. on March 31, 2026. Marc Panvier, a designee of Unibel, will be appointed to the board effective April 1, 2026, and is expected to serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Tim Trant will also be appointed as a director effective April 1, 2026, filling the vacancy left by Justin Borus. Mr. Trant is expected to serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Panvier brings extensive experience in global food manufacturing operations from his tenure at Bel Brands, while Mr. Trant brings over 28 years of experience in the beverage industry, including sales, operations, and foodservice, and previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Barfresh. These appointments are seen as strategic additions to support the company's growth and operational scaling.
