Blue Moon Metals Inc. Acquisition of Gage Project and Executive Appointment

Blue Moon Metals Inc. has successfully closed its acquisition of the Gage Project in Washington County, Southern Utah. The project comprises 181 unpatented mining claims and two SITLA leases, totaling 5,916 hectares. The company issued 420,935 common shares to Liberty Gold USA Inc. as part of the acquisition. Blue Moon will assume a 4.0% to 8.0% production royalty on the SITLA leases and has granted a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty on other claims, with an option to repurchase 1.0% for US$2 million. Additionally, Reza Ehsani has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Projects, bringing over 29 years of experience in the mining sector. This strategic move aims to advance the company's project portfolio towards development and operations.
