He beneficially owns 1,560,215 shares of Class A Common Stock, representing approximately 15.5% of the Issuer's outstanding shares. Mr. Cauley acquired these shares for investment purposes using personal funds or as compensation. He has sole voting and disposal power over 1,546,247 shares and shared power with his adult children over 13,968 shares. On December 19, 2025, he acquired an additional 192,248 shares at $1.55 per share. Mr. Cauley may acquire or dispose of additional shares in the future.
