Change in Certifying Accountant for Bluemount Holdings Limited

Bluemount Holdings Limited announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm. Effective April 17, 2026, AOGB CPA Limited ("AOGB") has resigned and has been replaced by FundCertify CPA Professional Corporation ("FundCertify"). AOGB has served as the Company's auditor since March 27, 2024. The resignation and appointment were accepted by the audit committee and the board of directors. AOGB's reports on Bluemount's financial statements for the past three years did not contain any adverse opinions or qualifications. There were no disagreements between Bluemount and AOGB on any accounting principles, financial disclosures, or auditing procedures. Bluemount also stated that it had not consulted FundCertify on any matters that would be considered disagreements or reportable events. AOGB has provided a letter to the SEC confirming that it does not disagree with the statements made by Bluemount regarding its resignation.
