MACRO BANK INC. Payment of Cash Dividend

Banco Macro S.A. announced the second installment of a cash dividend payment. This payment, totaling AR $49,033,753,984.66 (AR $76.6882980676 per share), is in accordance with resolutions from the General Shareholders' Meeting on April 8th, 2026, and the Board of Directors on May 6th, 2026. It is also authorized by the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina. The dividend will be made available starting June 3rd, 2026, with a record date of June 2nd, 2026. A 7% withholding tax will be applied to the total dividend amount. Shareholders can collect their dividends at Caja de Valores S.A. ADR holders will receive their dividends through The Bank of New York Mellon.
