BlackLine, Inc. Director Thomas Unterman Not Seeking Re-election

Thomas Unterman has informed BlackLine, Inc.'s board of directors of his decision not to stand for re-election at the 2026 annual stockholder meeting. He will continue to serve until his term is complete, serving on the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. His decision is not due to any disagreement with the company. Following the 2026 annual meeting, the board plans to reduce its size from 12 to 11 directors. Unterman has been a board member since 2010 and has provided guidance during BlackLine's growth into a leader in the Office of the CFO space. The company expressed gratitude for his service and insights.
