BILL Holdings, Inc. Announces Executive Leadership and Organizational Updates

BILL Holdings, Inc. has announced several executive leadership and organizational changes, effective immediately and in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026. John Rettig transitions from President and Chief Operating Officer to Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Ken Moss, Chief Technology Officer, and Mary Kay Bowman, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Payments and Financial Services, will depart effective June 30, 2026, and will serve in advisory roles until June 30, 2027. Michael Cieri has been promoted to Chief Product Officer, leading a new unified Product Organization. Sarah Acton, Chief Customer Officer, will depart after five years, with a new Chief Revenue Officer to be announced. Eric Chan is appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer. The company also reaffirmed its previously issued guidance for fiscal year 2026.
