Baidu, Inc. Annual General Meeting Announcement

Baidu, Inc. announced its annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) will be held on June 5, 2026, at the Baidu Campus in Beijing. The company has set May 18, 2026, as the record date for its Class A and Class B ordinary shares. No proposals will be submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM. Baidu has also filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2025, which is available on the company's investor relations website and the SEC's website. A corresponding Hong Kong Annual Report has also been published.
