Bluerock Homes Trust, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Parkview Property

On December 18, 2025, Bluerock Homes Trust, Inc. announced the completion of an acquisition through its subsidiary, BHM Parkview Exchange TRS, LLC. The company, via its operating partnership Bluerock Residential Holdings, L.P., invested approximately $21.3 million in BHM Parkview Investment Co, LLC. An affiliate of the company's external manager, BRRK DST Investor, LLC, co-invested approximately $9.7 million. Bluerock Homes Trust, Inc. now holds a 68.63% stake in the Depositor, with the Co-Investor holding 31.37%. The Depositor, through its subsidiary BR Parkview Multifamily, DST, acquired the District at Parkview, a 264-unit residential community in Stone Mountain, Georgia, for approximately $66.6 million. The acquisition was funded by $31.0 million in equity from the Depositor and a $38.6 million senior mortgage loan from Fannie Mae. Financial statements for the acquired property will be filed by amendment by March 10, 2026.
