Blue Gold Limited Receives Nasdaq Deficiency Letters
Blue Gold Limited received two notifications from Nasdaq on July 1, 2026. The first notification stated that the Company's Class A ordinary shares are no longer in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Market, as the closing bid price has been below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. The second notification indicated that the Market Value of Listed Securities (MVLS) has been below the $50 million minimum requirement for 30 consecutive business days. These notifications do not have an immediate effect on the trading of the Company's shares or warrants. Blue Gold Limited has a compliance period of 180 days, until December 28, 2026, to regain compliance. To do so, the Company must achieve a closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share and an MVLS of $50 million or more for 10 consecutive business days. The Company may be eligible for an additional 180-day grace period if it meets certain conditions, including potentially effecting a reverse stock split.
