Belden Inc. Annual Meeting of Stockholders Results

Belden Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 21, 2026. Stockholders voted on four proposals: the election of ten directors for a one-year term, the ratification of Ernst & Young as independent registered public accountants, an advisory vote on executive compensation, and the approval of the Amended and Restated Belden Inc. 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan. All proposals were passed by the stockholders.
