Barclays PLC Notice of Redemption and Cancellation of Listing for Senior Callable Notes

Barclays PLC has issued a notice of redemption and cancellation of listing for its $2,000,000,000 5.829% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Resetting Senior Callable Notes due 2027. The redemption will occur on May 9, 2026, at 100% of the principal amount, plus accrued interest. Due to the Par Redemption Date not being a business day, the payment will be made on May 11, 2026. Consequently, the listing of these notes on the New York Stock Exchange will be cancelled on or shortly after May 11, 2026. Holders can surrender their notes to The Bank of New York Mellon for payment. Barclays PLC has deposited sufficient funds with the Trustee to cover the redemption price, after which all rights of the noteholders will cease except for their right to receive the redemption price.
