Beasley Broadcast Group Reports Fourth Quarter Revenue of $53.1 Million

Beasley Broadcast Group reported fourth quarter revenue of $53.1 million for the period ending December 31, 2025. This represents a decrease from the previous year, with net revenue down 21.1% year-over-year, or 6.8% on a same-station basis excluding political revenue. The company experienced an operating loss of approximately $230.0 million, largely due to a non-cash FCC license impairment charge of $224.8 million. Excluding this charge and other non-recurring items, the adjusted operating loss was approximately $3.4 million, compared to an adjusted operating income of $7.6 million in the prior year quarter.
