BBVA Argentina Bank S.A. - New Composition of the Audit Committee

BBVA Argentina Bank S.A. announced a change in its Audit Committee. Ms. Adriana María Fernández de Melero has been replaced by Mr. Lorenzo de Cristóbal de Nicolás.
