BBVA Argentina Bank S.A. Dividend Payment Schedule

BBVA Argentina Bank S.A. announced a cash dividend of AR$ 69,011,025,123, to be paid in three equal monthly installments. The first installment of $23,003,675,041 will be paid on June 11, 2026, with a record date of June 8, 2026. Subsequent installments will be paid on July 6 and August 6, 2026. Shareholders of record on the respective dates will receive the dividend. Holders of American Depositary Shares (ADS) will receive payment through the depositary bank, with potentially different record and payment dates. Applicable taxes, including a 7% withholding tax and potential Personal Property Tax, will be deducted from the dividend distribution.
