Battalion Oil Corp. Board Changes

Battalion Oil Corporation reported on March 30, 2026, that David Chang resigned from the Board of Directors, including his role as Chairman of the Compensation Committee, effective March 31, 2026. Concurrently, Ajay Jegadeesan resigned from the Board. Both directors stated their resignations were not due to any disagreements with the Company. The Board of Directors has expressed gratitude for their service and is currently evaluating candidates to fill the vacancies and enhance board independence. The size of the Board has been reduced to four members.
