Notice on Related-Party Transactions

Braskem S.A. has entered into an agreement with Petrocoque S.A. for the purchase of steam for its PE8 plant in Cubatão. Petrocoque is jointly controlled by Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras, which is a shareholder with significant influence over Braskem. The agreement is effective from March 25, 2026, to March 24, 2031, with a potential extension to March 24, 2033. The total estimated amount for this transaction is BRL 226 million. Braskem has determined that the terms of this agreement are competitive and in line with market conditions, as Petrocoque is the sole supplier of steam for the PE8 unit in the specified region. The transaction date was March 23, 2026. No representatives from Petrocoque were involved in Braskem's decision-making process or negotiation for this agreement.
