Material Fact: Braskem S.A. Announces Long-Term Petrochemical Supply Contracts with Petrobras

Braskem S.A. has entered into several long-term supply contracts with Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras. These agreements cover the supply of Petrochemical Naphtha, Ethane, Propane, and Hydrogen to Braskem's industrial plants across various Brazilian states. The Naphtha contracts, valid for 5 years starting January 1, 2026, involve minimum monthly withdrawal quantities with potential increases, reaching up to 4.116 million tons in 2026 and 4.316 million tons in 2030, with prices based on the international Naphtha ARA reference. The Ethane, Propane, and Hydrogen contract, valid for 11 years from January 1, 2026, includes maintaining current contracted quantities until 2028 and an increase to 725 thousand tons per year from 2029 to 2036 to support the expansion of the Rio de Janeiro petrochemical Complex. Prices for these supplies are based on Henry Hub Natural Gas and Mont Belvieu Propane international references. Additionally, Propylene purchase and sale contracts, with varying annual quantities and a 5-year term starting May 18, 2026, have been established with refineries, based on international propylene references.
